DECAD-2022-4-APN-JGM has ordered an extension of the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget.

With the Decree-Law No. 355/17 and its amendments, it has been regulated that temporary appointments of personnel, who are in cadres and non-level positions and have a lower rank and hierarchy than the Undersecretary, will be carried out in accordance with the organizational structures of vacant positions and financed from the budget. It is done centrally and decentralized by the Cabinet of Ministers under the National Public Administration on the recommendation of the Jurisdiction or Institution in question.

This Decree 50/19 approved the organizational chart for the implementation of centralized National Public Administration up to the Undersecretariat level and its objectives, including those corresponding to the MINISTRY OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION.

DECAD-2020-1461-APN-JGM approved the organizational structure of the said Ministry’s first and second operational levels.

He has been temporarily appointed to the post of GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE MANAGEMENT under the MINISTRY OF SCIENCE ADMINISTRATION with DECAD-2021-761-APN-JGM dated August 1, 2021, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION, Mr. ).

As it is not possible to process the selection processes regarding the scope of the position in question due to operational reasons, an extension of the above-mentioned temporary assignment is requested.

That said fee does not constitute an extraordinary resource allocation.

MINISTRY OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION BUDGET, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE MANAGER reported that the budget appropriation for the current fiscal year is foreseen in 01-02-1-1-1.

That the MINISTRY OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF LEGAL AFFAIRS has made the appropriate intervention.

That this measure was enacted by virtue of the 3rd paragraph of Article 100 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and the 2nd of the Decree No. 355 of 22 May 2017 and the Decree No. 640 of 20 September 2021.

ANSWERS:

Article 1. Temporary appointment made under the same terms of DECAD-2021-761-APN-JGM dated 1 August 2021 is extended from 26 November 2022 to one hundred and eighty days (180) working days and extended to Mr Maximiliano. Exequiel CASAS MARTINEZ (DNI No. 33.408.757), MINISTRY OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION, in the position of Director of Budget, Accounting and Finance at the General Administrative Directorate, Level B 0, of İSTİHDAM PUBLIC, approved by Decree No. 2098/08 SYSTEM (SINEP) Personnel Sectoral Collective Bargaining Agreement and its amendments.

Article 2.- III of the said Sector Collective Agreement. The relevant payment of the Level Executive Duty Supplement is authorized.

Article 3. – Within FIVE (5) days from the publication of this measure, the MINISTERS shall be notified to the PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND EMPLOYMENT PRESIDENCY.

Article 4 – The expenditure required to finance this measure will be covered by certain items of the current budget for the current fiscal year envisaged in 01-02-1-1-1.

Article 5. – Communicating, publishing, submitting to the NATIONAL ADDRESS OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRY and filing.
